Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire (2019) is a found footage horror movie directed by Stephen Cognetti. This is the final part of the Hell House LLC trilogy.

The Abaddon Hotel will once again be open to the public. Russell Wynn has taken his audience-interactive show, Insomnia, into the abandoned hotel that is rumored to be haunted.

Hell House LLC 3 Ending Explained and Plot Story

The movie starts 09 years after the incident and one year after the disappearance of Jessica’s team. The property sold out just before it was demolished. A wealthy investor Russell Wynn purchases the hotel and plans to reopen it on Halloween night. Here Russell is being focused in the 3rd part of the movie. The plot story is moving forward with the Morning Mystery documentary which is hosted by Vanessa Shepherd. Russell is the person who edited the footage of Mitchell & Jessica’s team.

That indicates Russell gets footage from Andrew Tully and is interested to invest here. As we know Andrew lures people to seize souls for the Lake of Fire.

Russell’s company name is Insomnia, and he is making a show in the building which is a debate between God & Evil. He already hired a few actors for the show and the filming set is almost ready. One of the actresses confirms that the casts are not notable as they received a huge amount of remuneration. For this reason, they have agreed to act even after knowing everything.

Initially, Vanessa didn’t want to work at the hotel. But she has a soft corner for Russell and that makes her agree for shooting behind the scene.

In the set (or the building) Jeff is the security in charge. He shows Vanessa & her cameraman the whole building. Jeff describes the theme of the set contains two major colors. They are black and white. The white color represents God & positive vibes and, on the opposite, the black theme will be shown the Evil vibes placed in the basement. Middle of their tour Jeff, in addition, says everyone in the hotel feels someone is staring at them. They called it the Abaddon Eyes. Vanessa confirms that she equally feels the Abaddon Eyes on her. We know this is none but the trapped souls of the hotel basement who tries to frighten people before the Halloween night.

As the time draws closer to the big night, the paranormal incidents & sightings dramatically increased. Everyone wants to leave the place, but Russell does not agree with them. But we can realize he is keeping a secret from everyone. This assumption increased when Russell receives a gift from a local priest Father Paulis and he does not want to share it with anyone.

Vanessa interviews Father Paulis. He describes Andrew’s Lake of Fire which is the gate of Hell. There are hundreds & thousands of demons including Abaddon Demon defending the gate. They kept souls imprisoned in Hell. Father Paulis says if Tully has already opened the gate, then no human can close it. He referenced from Holy Bible.

The night before the ceremony, the whole crew & cast gather in a bar. Interestingly Russell joins quite an unusual group for him. Russell does not enjoy anyone’s company. But this night he joins them and drinks wine & completes his dinner. At the bar, Russell advises Vanessa to go to Father Paulis. The next day when she meets Father Paulis then she gets shocking news. Russell wants to open the hotel that night, and he wants hundreds of visitors at least. Father also informs that Russell is going to donate all of his property to the charity. Next Vanessa announces TV news to gather visitors.

It works. A vast number of guests arrive at the hotel at night. The show starts, and Russell visits the building to see how everything is going on.

At midnight Andrew Tully enters the front of Russell and says he did a good job and very soon every guest would be thrown into the Lake of Fire. Suddenly Andrew appears in Gregory’s place where he tells guests how souls are taken as rolled for the play. Gregory says,” God damn it! Who are you?” Then Tully’s voice becomes demonic and says, “There is no God at all.”

Then he opens the Lake of Fire and uncountable black robbed demons enter this world to capture human souls. This time, demons are not only taken the hotel visitors but also imprisoned on the roads & nearby places.

Andrew takes Vanessa to the gate of Hell and at that point Russell attacks Tully. Russell looks like an angel and he is now stronger than any human. His body is now glowing white light. He starts a fight with Tully and at last the whole building collapsed in a fire blast and the gate of Hell closed.

We again notice exact word meaningful quotes in the movie. Father Paulis tells no human can close the gate, and it reveals Russell is not an ordinary human. Here opens the vital twist of the movie.

A few years ago, Russell got an accident, and he medically died in a few seconds. Then he came back to life. But after that accident, he changed a lot. It concludes that Russell’s soul received a command from God to stop the Lake of Fire and he successfully did his job.

The next morning authority comes to the spot and discovers that the people who were taken last night, are back alive from the backyard of the hotel. The building is destroyed. That means Russell successfully saves the people who do not enter the Lake of Fire. Vanessa finds a group photo of the Hell House crew from the dust. She realizes they are not back.

At the end of the movie, we see the full Hell House crew wake in the building. But the building is now covered with white light which indicates there are no evil vibes in the house. They all try to exit the building but fail. Within a short time, they all realize that they are now dead. At that time Russell comes to the place and apologizes for being unable to back them in the world. Then he invites them to haven and all the Hell House LLC members moves. The movie ends here by giving a satisfying conclusion.
